Thanks Henry, I said at the start, correct me if I'm wrong. All I can go by in this case is how I run my business. I was thinking along the lines of I have something, someone else wants it, or a part of it, it's gonna cost them. No experience with JV's, but now I see.

Henry, do you think Bre x paid for Freeport-Macmorran's final due diligence. I think not.

I believe it is too early to tell but frankly if a potential j/v partner such as a Placer Dome or Barrick see the technical analysis and like the standards adherred to within the report, they may just be a lot more interested then you think.

There would just be a lot of conditions in the contracts. It is done in this business, I can think of two instances where Antares Minining paid for their own independent results both in Indonesia and Northern British Columbia. After this period of DD they were happy and the joint ventures "kicked in" and Antares became the operator on both properties.
