ÿWhile EFT players have yet to ante in, the gaming community may soon be knocking on the door for debit cards. Wagering's potential for delivering new transaction volume is huge. Gaming executives are interested in online debit or any payment system that would make life easier for customers and reduce processing costs. Tom Hughes of Betting Inc. says his company has a device, called Pay Master, that can handle wagers as though they are POS transactions. Separately, Hughes is searching for a joint-venture partner to develop a 2nd-line keyboard.
