There are no commercials, it's like PBS in the States. PBS and CBC do some joint venture stuff. Bay Street doesn't own the CBC .... yet. Anyway, humour is the Canadian way, since we are not permitted handguns, and since we have such a huge resource for humour in glorious leaders like Mr Fleming.
