Personal apology to Mr. Carroll Shelby: My comments regarding your name have been misquoted. In my original post to this site, #288, I said " I can also say with personal knowledge that Carroll Shelby and crew may know the man, but have no idea how much Murray is abusing their name. The whole lot of companies represented on the site emergingcompany.com. are pump and dump stocks, in my opinion (my lawyers made me say that)." That is all I ever said and I stand by it.

However, if Murray and TRAV (especially) will publish the tout sheets regarding what TRAV boiler room brokers (in my opinion) are saying to clients regarding your name and its use related to sales of AENG stock in the after-market, I will retract the statement, but not until then. I will assume in that event that you will now have full knowledge of how TRAV and Murray are using your name. Somehow, I doubt Mr. Shelby will see those touts. Will TRAV also reveal the commission structure under which these shares are being sold?

Perhaps TRAV could explain to all why he's wasting all this effort reselling registered shares (perhaps to meet 144 volume selling requirements?) that does nothing for the shareholders. If this thing has any truth to it, any real investment bank would love to associate itself with a proper financing (say a $10 million minimum) through a full disclosure registration. It is so ridiculous that this thing trades at a market cap of $350 million and has such minimal cash, employees and infrastructure. Why all the market manipulation, insider selling and no direct benefit to the company?

All it seems to have is hype and tout. It still smells just like Solve Ex to me or perhaps Bre-X. Both were severe hype that wounded a lot of "experts" who had no idea how badly their names were being besmirched. In the case of SOLVQ, it had an old Shell patent that in reality meant nothing. $850 M to zero. Even though that was just two & 1/2 years ago, most Etraders weren't around to see us trade that thing down in flames.Note that my prophecy regarding U of Wisconsin has come to pass. So too will the Army story.
