Barb,

What about the suggestion that the numbers reflect the expiration of stock options, rather than shares actually issued? Has this been ruled out? It seems unlikely that Par would have sold many shares without reporting that in a timely manner. (Barry Witz may not have been required to report, as he was no longer an insider.)

The stock may be entering into one of its "pump" phases, if Friday wasn't an anomaly. I'd like to see that proceed at a slower pace than last time, and be accompanied with news of real contracts, so as not to be guaranteed to be followed by a "dump" phase, as happened 3 months ago, immediately after their dreadful earnings report.

<<Sorry guy, the filings bear out the selling. >>

Please, Barb, don't confuse them with the facts. They know it is true, but are just hoping to suck in new investors with the hype.

Although anybody who buys this stock looking for more than another dead cat is an idiot anyways. Market Darwinism at work.
