Barbara, I have been short PLSIA ever since they attacked (through Westergaard) someone for making negative SI posts about them. Knew nothing about the company, but the attack made me wonder if they were covering up something and I just shorted and waited. I hope they trade again so that I can cover without a big hassle........

Barb:

Personally, while I will grant that there are differences between this and Solv, I think that there are also similarities - beginning with a CEO that can't seem to make consistent public statements or that makes statements that seem to appear....er, I'll be nice... reflect substantially less than accurate foresight.

The biggest similarity is the prolonged halt. My guess, and that is all it is, is that NASD is using the halt to do the same thing with PLSIA that it was doing with SOLV - consider continued listing eligibility...since NASD won't tell us, we have to guess.

I find it ironic that you, of all people, would label Pluvia a jerk. Many -- especially on the SOLV thread -- would have been kinder to you if all they had called you was a jerk: and, as you know, many did so just because you vocally expressed you incredulousness at their inability to see the apparently obvious. He did no less here.

I may start a firestorm with this, but Pluvia is a basically good guy with good motives for stockholders - especially the individual type.....that he appears to have been at least partly right --as he was before this with TLTK, when was just as loudly criticized -- seems to me to be just (although appropriately fitting) icing on the cake.

I know that you and he have fought bitterly and caustically in the past over PLSIA, but just as you have not deserved all that has been directed at you on the SOLV thread, he has not deserved it here.

Nuff said....
