It's a cut-and-dried free speech issue, imho. I've gone back over maybe a hundred of Porter's posts, and see nothing but stories of what he saw happen at the exchange, along with his opinion of the competency of management. Since management has clearly had the opportunity to respond to him here on the thread if they had any facts to support their case, and has chosen to make some sleazeball cheap legal threat against him instead, it would seem to me to confirm beyond a doubt the veracity of his 'incidents' and his good judgement in his assessment of the competency of management.

But the gag order sure has worked well. You don't see Porter opining anymore.
