In addition, I notice Cushcraft
has copied the design. Although
I think they were unaware of the
original design until now.
In 1960, my double stacked array
at 50' high could pick up FM signals
up to 160 miles away...
From Tulare to L.A. California
I still have one on my roof at home,
and it works very good. My roof
looks like an "antenna farm".
My super quad design, 5 amateur band
antenna is mounted on a self supporting
tower. I also have been installing
satellite systems since 1983.
My home has also a commercial TV receiving
system. (UHF and VHF) I test new features
before installing them in motels, etc.
