Here, it's been nearly 75 minutes since Jim B. replied succinctly and respectfully to F. re: ICVI. A post or two prior to Jim's reply to F also had tangential info relating to Mountain.

Particularly to those new to ICVI/Mountain, there has been substantial DD done on this thread and a few posts ( I, unfortunately, have not bookmarked them ) that review comprehensively that DD.

Also note that the last PR delineated the experience and qualifications of key personnel at ICVI/Mountain....

Dear Jim,

Thanks for answering my post. Please allow me to disagree with your answers. First of all you said that the fact that you knew news were coming shortly has no significance to ICVI's fundamentals or investment value. Please allow me to strongly disagree with you. It is a very well known rule that material information about a public company has to be made to the public through a news release. Anybody that uses insider information or inappropriately discloses insider information is guilty of a crime. It is a questionable practice for a public company to tip investors off about an upcoming announcement, even if they don't say what will be contained in the announcement. Hence, my curiousity about who tipped you off about the upcoming news release. Should the person who tipped you off be associated with the company, then it raises doubts about the integrity of that individual. Should that person be part of management, then yes, it does have a direct impact on the fundamentals of the company. I am not accusing anybody of any kind of wrongdoing. I am merely trying to find out the source of the information.

Secondly, I take note of your desire to find out more about the management of the company. I must admit I was a little bit surprised by your comments since you have represented yourself on this thread as someone very knowledgeable about the company.

Again, thank you for answering my questions. However, you have not put concerns about the upcoming announcement to rest. Hope you are having a great dinner with your family (I sure did myself).
