Welcome Rusty, Since no one else has responded to your question, I will answer you. DD is shorthand for Due Diligence, in otherwords, research, in this case on a company you are thinking of investing in. You will see a lot of shorthand on SI. Another one you will see is MM which stands for market makers. I will let you do your own DD on what MM's do and why we dislike some of their tactics, esp. with BB (bulletin board) stocks. Now, if you can tell me what a diluted share is, I would be greatful. Sincerely, Todd Legg
