Richard, I never "ran" to the class action attorneys with Iomega. That was venting on the thread (a good place to do it). However, if a company's management consistently puts out false and misleading press releases in order to support the stock so "insiders" can sell it at inflated prices, that is fodder for jail time.

Of course, I have no evidence that this is so. It's just that Syquest has done this for the past 6 months at least, saying the same thing over and over again, and still the financial situation of the company gets worse and worse.

Remember the last "earnings" report? Notice that they understated the # of shares? And when the 10Q came out, you saw a more accurate picture?

Also, remember that in their last "earnings" report, they didn't compare the current quarter to the last one, as 99.9% of companies do? They posted some other comparison that made things look not as bad.

Just wait for the stock to go under $1. You'll see Stull, Stull & Brody salivating to take on this case.
