Because Lincoln was correct when he observed that some can be fooled all the time, and all can be fooled some of the time. In the case of ITKG vs. IASCA, it's also a matter of the [ temporary, of course ] triumph of style over substance so prevalent in our "image is everything" society. One might also draw parallels to "The Emperor's New Clothes" to glean additional insight into the temporary disparity. Reason will prevail, however; in the words of the famous, ancient Roman philosopher, Larrius Perkius, "The inevitable can be forestalled only so long".

jbal, why don't you buy a couple of shares of ITKG. You would understand why we like it. The CEO promptly answers your E-mails promptly and professionally. The IR rep is responsive and E-mails you the press releases.

The company has signed production contracts...two more gov't contracts are signed and PR's coming out soon. Sales are in the pipeline.

The Board of Advisors is top drawer...IBM, ATT, Lucent, etc.

They have other technologies under development and a first right of refusal on future technology from the U of W VA.

In short, Mark Williams is building a first class company with a future...not just a one time shot. Talk to him and you will become a
believer.

It is cheap and first class. IASCA could reap all of these benefits
for its stockholders without duplicating efforts and with quick results by a merger. I have reason to believe ITKG is willing and I
hold stock in both companies.
