Ariella, Btw, LZRCF is an Canadian laser vision company. You might want to add MEMCF to your list of Israeli companies getting clobbered although Memco is posed for a big turnaround. Another great company being held down is ALDNF. Barry

Ariella, Why is this? I believe that Israel and it's technical companies could be the next Silicon Valley. They have a lot of world class technical expertise moving over there from all over the world. But Wall Street doesn't seem to care. Why is this? Is it the Israeli companies don't care or Wall Street only looks to domestic companies. Great ideas and products are important but so is marketing, market acceptance and global alliances. As far as the VOCLF/ECI initiative, I agree with you that this may well be the most significant agreement announced. In my opinion, to win the gateway market means to put the protocol into firmware. This agreement will ultimately result in this. I hope they are able to push this through ahead of schedule. ECI is another Israeli firm. The plus is the two can probably work well with each other (and against the world). The minus is, it isn't a mainstream US company which in itself has benefits. Best Regards, Bill
