When will be the last working day for this Congress before its summer vaccation?

Can the McCain bill (or any pending bills) be carried-over to the next Congress when they start work again sometime in Fall?

Lott said it was dead. I think it graveyard dead unless all the fat is taken out and it goes back to what was originally agreed to. Either way its gonna make you money. Shoulda woulda coulda bought when it hit 35 like I said I was going to. I am eat up with the dumbass.
