Wow, these chat forums really pick up some strange stuff. It's most probable that all networkers business is not particularly "healthy" in Japan right now. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. But, what's more important is the % of business these companies do in Japan in the first place, and what % of total revenue/profit is included in the next quarter's estimates.

I doubt either figure is particularly high.

Of course, CS is a dog in the first place.

sorry I am not up to speed on
networkers these days, too much bogged down with intel.

It seems everybody has the inventory problem, Financial Times
however gives credit to
CSCO for "outperforming"
[the PC industry] that
has now become "commodity".

I suspect ASND doesn"t make yet to the headlines but I am still long and hold faith in their potential.
The other side is CSCO is
for many a defacto standard
