BB its good to see you on this thread! I know what you mean about long track records and such and it being proven. But how about trying to predict that before it even happens?

Probably a long shot, but nevertheless I just can't think of any really upsetting downsides to the Yahoo equation.

Well actually I can think of a few (Microsoft Start plus other competition and of course the periodic decline in ad revenues)

But where are the downside arguments? What will change about the way they make money? The companys revenues are based now and likely in the future on advertising and mercandising agreements. They dont sell software of computer chips.

The growth of the internet probably wont stop any time soon.

What will bring this company down?
