You may be correct on the 47MM O/S figure. Remember, the 37 MM O/S is as of 3/31/98. Additional conversion could easily have occurred in April. Recall Jim B's post that the financing is to pay off the remaining convertible holders. Depending on the $ left, those attempting to convert may have been pushing the authorized share limit. I would think it would be in the interest of both the company and those holders to reach some agreement.(What good is it if I can convert , it my conversion alone can seriously dilute the share value) As far as shorts, that number has been estimated to be "large" but no one will know until the shares are returned to the Transfer Agent at the end of the month. I would like to focus on the increase in revenues that the company has achieved and the future fundamentals. TG
