1) As for the action of the funds that hold MS, we'll be able to see it in new filings soon enough. In the meantime, you gain nothing by suggesting that Mr. Gintel is lying.

2) As for Jeff's assertion of bankruptcy: why? What cause? They have no debt, no big fixed costs, and plenty of cash. And one more thing MS does have is plenty of time for the dental community to make its judgement one way or the other based on the merits of the product.

3) As for the merits of the product: a) it does work. Call it a gimmick if you want Jeff. Try it, though, and you'll still be able to make a decent short argument but with at least a nod to the Wand's merits. and b) it is useful for all injections if one considers sparing one's patients some pain useful.

4) As for hyping Wall Street, in my opinion, an absolute inability to manage Wall Street's expectations properly is without a doubt one of this company's failings. In the meantime, aggressive rumor mongerings and near harassment by some in the short community hasn't made this part of their job any easier.
