<So, what did he tell you> Actually he didn't tell me anything,he asked a question..If on March 24th there were 149,655,244 shares of common stock outstanding,and out of those, 123,496,864 were held by Non-affitiates. Then it appears insiders(affilites) held 26,158,380.What happened to all the shares issued to management(prior) and their affiliates,such as promoters,attorneys etc.?? DD later busy day..
