Frank,

The Justice Department is not involved in the INTeL® case. This is purely FTC. Also, the FTC will *vote* on whether or not to file charges. If they vote yes, that does not mean that the charges will get filed on Monday.

Just some nit picking - I feel it is to INTeL®'s advantage to be dealing only with the FTC. There is a different level of 'importance' associated with FTC vs DOJ.

With the DOJ, there is a 'criminal' type association with the actions. With the FTC, there is more of a 'bad boy, slap the hand' type of association.

Just my $0.02 worth,
dmg

Hello Frank..

What do you think will happen to CPQ in the very near future? Any thoughts on DELL and AMAT?

Thanks

Good morning Frank. The Globex futures are pretty flat and the NAZ futures are unchanged. Little to find out about todays action,

I guess we will find out about Intel and the FTC today.

Yes, we had beautiful weather over the weekend. A bit on the cold side but nice and sunny.
