David,

Let me share this with you...There is a fine distinction between what is legal and what is not. Sabrina of MINE taught me that!

On April 30th I called IR to see if the report from their engineer is available as we all had expected in the March 30th release.

I was jumped all over and told in a very defensive manor,
"THATS NOT WHAT WE SAID! IT'S NOT LEGAL TO MAKE SUCH INFORMATION PUBLIC!!!!"

Oh really...immediate red flag in my mind when now they're saying,
"TIMELY" hell that means whenever they damn well see fit. Next week?
Next year???

A major can't go on somebody's claim unless invited....
They can't snoop...
Major company's have to go out and get permission...
They might find a tall mountain out side of their claim and look down
but thats about it , just like paying for a house, you own the property
but is your door open to anybody.Be patient they got to make their i's
dotted and their t's crossed.Everybody wants that fast buck.
There are rules that have to be followed.
