Dear Ron:

I don't know what -- if anything -- has changed. I believe that the deliberately conservative statement you quote from the Form S-1 (April 15) remained the same in the Form S-1/A (June 3).

Good morning Ron,

Here is a portion of the 1/30/98 press release:

"Wave and ITG agreed to an amendment of the joint venture agreement that allowed for the payment of $750,000 and the creation of a payment schedule for the remaining $3.25 million. Wave expects the balance to be paid by the end of the second quarter. The Wave/IBM agreement and other significant developments have satisfied milestones set forth in our joint venture agreement with ITG."

Obviously, we have seen SIGNIFICANT developments in the past few months that will allow our chip to enter the market place in the near future.

Sincerely,

Jas
