Gene-I talked with the Senior SEC lawyer on the SEXI case about this early release as well as Shelly crafts pat on the wrist (6 months home confinement-and he agreed with my raa ther pointed remarks. But he pointed out that these decisions were not made by SEC but rather by the Department of Justice. I called there and I was not able to get any excuse for their position-They just decided not to prosecute Kraft. I will point out that Shelly may yet get his comeuppance via several civil suits which have been filed by some of his customers who took an awful beating from him during the rise and fall of Sexi.
