It is all too clear that you have made libelous and slanderous claims. You try to dismiss the posts you have made in the past few days by backtracking on your wild claims. To say that you have had no contact with the Texas State Securities Commission is a lie. The Houston investigator, John Fahey, has contacted numerous Oilex investors both current and former investors. You have been contacted by this person, admit it.

As to exact instances of libel here's one:

"And of course, all of that will still be only the tip of the iceberg."

Libel does not have to be direct it can be inferred. You are not answering the question, Who are you working with? And you are not revealing the other information you infer you have. You must either do these two things or you must cease and desist from rumor mongering about wrongdoing with no evidence.

However, if your statements were as benign as you are now saying then where's the problem? And if they are benign then you should state that these are minor problems and would not be considered material, i.e., affect the valuation of GPI's assets.
