Yes I think the bad news is factored in, my approch on this one is to wait, and see what the indicators do because they look like they will settle back a bit before resuming the uptrend, sometimes you will get faked out and the price will drop on you, like to the lower 5's before moving up again, perhaps forming a "head",but if the indicators are still getting more positive I'll buy a 1/2 or 1/3 of the amout of shares I intend to buy to play it safe, and in a few days if things are still lookin good, add
