For the last year THNK has been run by Ron Bloom. Scott Mednick is the consummate professional and harbors no ill will for THNK. It is highly unlikely that he will be selling any of his shares in the near future as he believes the stock to be undervalued. He left for both philanthropic reasons as well as realizing that THNK was not heading in the direction of his expertise, design, but headed towards their technology-driven strategy.
