It is public info... Depends on where they are with the contracts... Red tape is the bottle neck... Give it a shot... You must have a good reason for them to issue...

Regards to fundamentals on ME... IMHO buying assets that are undervalued because the latest technology has not been applied to them is a hell of a play. Remember the '70s when the experts were saying we would be running out of oil in a few decades? Didn't happen, did it? Why, you say?... The experts didn't take in account the developments in technology that increased efficiency in automobile engines and also the technology that helped discover more oil. I think fuel injection technology alone probably doubled the # of years of oil reserves. So now we have this company, Mountain Energy, headed up by Management who have been in the energy business for decades. They want to apply new technology to existing fields. Judging by how fast they are moving, this technology must be powerful. sandstuff
