From NASD log avaialble from ABQ court. Scanned with less 100% OCR. A number of other SEC entries have been over written in marker pen.

05/09/97: spoke with Bob Tipman (403) 691-4864, an independent consultant. retired from Syncrude ant currently doing work for Shell Trading ant Transportation regarding the visit by the Securities Exchange Commission and the serious Fraud Office to the Solv-Ex plant in Alberta He met with Andra Ozals and the two people from the seriuos fraud Office. On 05/06/97. did not ask about the subject matter. Mr. Tipman also asked about compensation for his time and to establish his basis as a consultant for tax purposes. He will send me his resume. I will pursue this mater with Perry. He told me that he has no direct or indirect financial interest in Solv-Ex and that he has not talked or corresponded with Manual Asensio.
