<<I ask you to please keep your religious interests outside of this stock
trading forum. I respect your right to say whatever you would like but I ask you to
please not continue your references to such a hot button topic. There is no need to harp
on religion here. Thanks for your understanding.>>

Thank you Mark. I am a religious person, but even I cringe when I see the references to "Christian this and Christian that". This is the STOCK MARKET. I for one, welcome any Jewish, Moslem, Hindu, Buddhist etc, to our stocks and implore all of us to keep our Christianity to ourselves or save it for the 700 Club. Someones' religious beliefs are not criteria for investing. Why not simply refer to morality and ethics? Those qualities exist is ALL religions, not only Christianity.
The continuous mention of religion is a divisive attitude that can create more damage than any MM's. So let's stick to morality and ethics when it comes to business, JMO

Mark .. I'm not here to preach.. so I'll try and understand your
points..

however, it is written that we should gather together in HIS place
and call upon HIM and HE shall answer..

I'll not hide my faith because it's NOT cool.. or not appropriate..

since when is believing in GOD and having a walk with the LORD not
appropriate...

oh yeah.. I forgot.. we're talking about money... God has nothing
to do with our money.. we can just pick and choose what areas of
our lives that we want God to be over.. and take full credit for the
other areas... in other words... I'm sure that when (IF) ICVI makes
another major move up.. people will say, "I sure was smart to play this stock.. am I great or what"....

others will say, "I'm thankful for the wisdom I was given and for the
generosity of the Lord"...

I know it's uncomfortable to talk about... I've always tried to keep
my faith behind the scenes since I've been on SI... and I'll try not to cause any religious conflict here.. however, those who are part
of HIS purpose have an obligation to share what they believe is the
TRUTH.

I once heard.. "Church should be a place where the world is welcome, but not comfortable"... that made alot of sense to me.. so many
people want GOD and Christianity to change to accept the changing
cultures and fads.. however, there are some things that won't change.. GOD's word is one of them...

I'm not judging anyone... just doing what I know is right in my heart to say that I won't be putting my faith away in a locked closet because it makes a few people nervous or anxious or uneasy..

I too was once uneasy when people talked about the God of the Bible..
wished they'd just not talk about it at all... being a young man.. it's easy to want to take credit for everything that happens in my life.. interesting to me that people hardly take notice of the ONE
who is responsible for us even being here to talk about these stocks
at all...

seems ironic if you ask me... kind of like, "Okay God.. fine.. you created me... now leave me alone.. but hey.. stay close by.. cuz if my wife or dad or best friend get really sick.. or I lose my job or something awful happens.. I expect you to be around and answer my prayers the way I expect them to be answered.. "

okay nuff said... sorry to any offended.. but not really sorry all that much. Take care and looking forward to this upcoming week for
us all in MTEI/ICVI.. jim
