Long panel discussion today on C-Span YR2K. Should be repeated throughout the evening. They mentioned a meteor shower due to occur in 1999 as having the potential to seriously disrupt commerce then. Witness the problems with just the loss of only one satellite. The shower could hit many. Anyone else have knowledge? Astronomers?
Could be a warmup to 2K.

Regards,

Anyer

Ray, you're certainly not a one-armed T/A man (on the one hand,
then on the other hand).

Bob-

No one is. Technical Analysis, by definition, is a reactive science. It doesn't assume anything. Always let the market tell you what to do. I gave two clear cut scenarios of what might happen. The proper action would be to sit back, see which one unfolds, and then react accordingly.

Conservatively Yours,
Raymond J. Norris
