Grant: I was at THNK on Friday May 22nd and at the NASD on May 26th. From what I was able to ascertain THNK wanted to delay the filing so as to make light of Mednick leaving at the same time they announced the release of the escrow shares. It was there impression that the filing was timely made. While at the NASD on Tuesday, May 26th, I was informed that the addition of the "E" to the THNK symbol was done in error and that it would be reversed on Wednesday. Such was the case but the damage was done. The story was then rehashed on thestreet.com but the stock held higher lows in subsequent trading.
