Mike, Basically the point of my last post was that Andrx has a number of positives going on that are being upstaged by litigation concerning a secondary business pursuit. The future of Andrx is not even remotely contingent on this lawsuit, yet while being on the cusp of profitability, the stock has been stagnant all year. I hope that Andrx doesn't follow MDIX lead and stoop to their level by plastering their counterclaims on their website. I don't consider press releases carried by the various wire services to be postings on the internet, although naturally you attacked the semantics of this conclusion. Good luck with MDIX. Jim
