Check out what National is going to be doing.... looks like this
is the el cheapo of the graphics markets to come...

National Finally Names System-On-A-Chip Device
.....
The MediaPC is being touted as a $100 piece of silicon for use in
sub-$500 PCs, set-top boxes, and game machines.

The first device will combine a 266-MHz Media GXM processor,
north and south bridges, MPEG-2 audio/video hardware for DVD
playback, and a 56-Kbit/s modem. A 2D graphics accelerator and
dedicated microcontroller and DSP support are included as well, as
are USB, PCI, and ATA-33 bus connections.

A version integrating 3D graphics, based on the soon-to-be-released
Cyrix MXi processor, is planned for late next year.
