That's some pretty expensive real estate. 2202 Broadway is about 4 blocks from MGM's offices, a block down from Cinergi, Stalone's production facility, a block from Playboy Studio West, and surrounded by some high end art galleries. It's in an area that has become very desirable among the entertainment companies.
