<<Do not think that the Pentagon, does have teams to take on third world countries out in terms of search and destroy missions.>>

I agree with you , that it is possible and is definitely within the realm of reality -only if India is a Banana republic.
CIA is not interested in "seek and destroy" nuclear facilities, because it will result in radiation leak, which will be blown around the world. You will be one of the victims of radiation as all of us will be. Your skin will start peeling, your digestive system will go bonkers and your bone marrow will stop working.
Show me one instance where a fully functional nuclear facility was destroyed by CIA. Israelis destroyed one nuclear facility in the making.

"They had certain things secured to the bone, and yet other things were completely obsolete," Milw0rm member Savec0re told Wired News.
According to a report on AntiOnline, a Web site that chronicles infamous computer intrusions, Milw0rm members are continuing their attacks on government computers inside India, though these attacks are on unclassified systems, according to the AntiOnline Web site.
The three Milw0rm members who carried out the attack claim to be teen-agers, located in England, New Zealand and Holland, according to profiles located on the AntiOnline site. The group hasn't spoken by phone to anyone, preferring to conduct its interviews via the real time Internet chatting system known as Internet Relay Chat where it is easy to hide one's identity and place of origin.

What was hacked into, was in the public domain and therefore nothing of importance was lost. Another thing is India has good software Engineers at the BARC and they know what to expect and protect the nuclear secrets. You can bet your bottom dollar on that.
Do you worry that Indian software engineers might do something like that in US? Don't worry. It won't happen. We are loyal to our employers and to the constitution of USA.

Anyhow your point is timely and well taken.
