Well, I'm not one of the bozos who whistles past the graveyard by pretending I'll be tickled if the stock goes lower so I can buy even more, but, sighing heavily, I expect to increase my position by 30% or so if panic selling sets in and really beats up the stock price tomorrow and maybe even Tuesday. The story remains the same as it was two weeks ago, and CCSI has been a consistent rebounder after downdrafts. Moreover, shorts do have to cover sooner or later, so they're building a large inventory of buying power (much more than is needed to handle Dreyfus) even though that's not their intention. My preference would be to not have the buying opportunity, because I don't like the apprehension that goes with it. But when enough folks behave as if the sky is falling in, it likely isn't, and, although it's hard, taking advantage of no-news trading turmoil can often be a way to profit. What's interesting from my perspective is that my wife, who's better than I am at calling times to buy and sell for short to intermediate-term trades, is cooly confident about buying into any panic, should that occur. It's worked in the past, anyway.

As the innocent target of a Nazi-style blitzkrieg of monstrous lies and manipulation, the pain in our guts (and bank accounts) may well temporarily disrupt the rational operation of our brains-which is exactly what the slimeballs count on. Fear and loathing on the Internet.

To help keep my brain in charge, I go back to the facts. A wealth of them tells me CCSI is for real and a huge winner. Anyone who has truly done their DD knows this to a certainty. On the other side, the ONLY facts are (1) deal unannounced--(2) stock under vicious attack. Nothing else. No substance. Same old, same old BS- DS. (This process helps me and may help others assuage momentary pain with the confident realization that it will soon turn into extraordinary pleasure.)

Of course, if "the system" were the honest upstanding vehicle its proprietors would like the world to think it is, would we be in this position? If NASD/ SEC or your local politicos were awake to criminal conspiracies taking over & manipulating the Internet to artificially depress stock prices through false, misleading statements, would we be in this position? We damn well would not, because fraudulent acts of misrepresentation in other venues get HARD TIME. Why should there be different rules for stock market thieves? If you're a bunko artist and use lies and deceit to steal granny's bank account, what's the difference whether you do it in a tea room or a chat room?

Giving the honchos at NASD/SEC the benefit of the doubt, perhaps it takes a situation like ours to finally open their eyes to the reality that bloodthirsty predators, convicted felon white collar criminal bad guys are out there in force working the Internet, doing their sleazy all to screw honest investors to the wall.

But all is not lost, because thankfully, the Internet is not just for crooks, but a mighty two-edged sword that gives decent people a revolutionary new means to fight back and direct our anger and emotion where it can do us some lasting good. Remember, in the final analysis, we have the numbers-- there are plenty more of us than them. Enough to get our little keyboards churning and making the loudest goddamned noise the SEC/NASD ever heard! Whatever's gone down in the past, if we let them know en masse that WE ARE FED UP!!! with business as usual, fed up with their looking the other way and allowing us to be screwed, I truly believe we can bring about change.

As never before in history, from the privacy of our own home/offices, the Internet allows us to ask out loud: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!!!!!! What about those 4,000,000+ short shares? Where are they to be borrowed from? Was the REQUIRED AFFIRMATIVE DETERMINATION of availability made? If so on what basis? Have there been material misstatements/ misrepresentations of fact by RR's and/or paid operatives of RRs in violation of The Rules? Is there a criminal conspiracy going on? Have there been RICO and other violations of Federal and State laws? Etc., Etc.

I don't have all the URL's at my fingertips, but here is a starter: nasdr.com More to come.
