Ken. Great detail..

Tommorow I will try to dissect the ton of info you have provided. What I will try to accomplish is how they can pull all this off. I doing this, any leads to Financial info will be helpfull.

In order to do acquisitions, they will need either cash or stock. Cash can either be generated internally, which would then also lead to availability of financing (Banks only lend to companies who don't need it). If the acquisitions are with stock, it could be quite dillutive. To do any reasonable price projection two pieces of info are critical. Market value of tangible assets and future sustainable earnings. I will search for this info on all these companies if available. But remember if a potential acquisition is profitable, it is also expensive. Nobody hands out assets and earnings for free.

Will be driving through Scranton in 2 weeks. Might stop by 315 Poplar. (Unfortunatley will be on a saturday and with kids). Could be worth a stop. Will call them first.

Thanks for your efforts.

jmt.
