Shahar, I guess I would say I am in neutral right now, but leaning toward bullish. There are plenty of instances where diagonal triangles have broken one way and completely reversed course.

Some wavers could call this correction the end of an ABC wave 4, we also are are at historical oversold levels on numerous indicators.

This diagonal triangle on the SPX is at the top of a run and they usually resolve themselves in the direction of the trend.

Check out the triangle made with Dec 8th/Jan 5th tops and Nov 12th/December 19th bottoms. I'm using the Dow which had an symetrical,while the spx had an ascending which is reversed now.

We broke down out of the triangle to Jan 12th low went back across the trendline and had the Monica Lewinsky viagra-less sell-off -g- then rallied from there.

Let's see what we do with 1121 this week, back in the indecision twilite zone.
