BR, I think you're correct in your assumption (that those countries who honor patents would not allow companies in their country to buy the drug from these rip-off artists). We can write off sales from those countries that do not respect patents (India, China, and some S. American countries). There's not much that Pfizer or any other pharmaceutical company can do in cases like this. LLY is still fighting in the Chinese court system about generic versions of Prozac in China.
