I agree with your analysis of why INFE/DGIV/ICVI strategy was initially successful, but that does not explain why buying and holding continues today at much higher levels. I believe that when investors, not traders, learn of a stock where a core group of 'strong hands', for lack of a better term, are holding and adding to their position, the stock rises based on its true potential instead of MM manipulation.

Investors bought up plenty of INFE at $2, $3 and $4 dollars/share, which would equate to a whole bunch of that 36M PKGP float at today's prices. If you don't feel the investors in this stock have what it takes to be cohesive in holding and accumulating, then you may want to rethink your investment.
