Dear Mr D., People on this thread have asked me to more specific about my concerns with the company. Would you be kind enough to please provide the following information: 1) How many shares are currently outstanding? 2) How many shares does management own? 3) Please provide a summary of the different escrow agreements or hold periods with respect to the shares. 4) Please state the current cash position of the company. 5) How many options are outstanding? Please provide the exercise price and expiry date of such options. 6) Has the company engaged any IR firm or person to assist in communicating with the investment community? 7) Please provide a detailed summary of all share issuance for the last twelve month period including number of shares, price, and type of consideration paid. I wish to thank you in advance for providing to us all this valuable information. As you well know all that information would be readily available had the company gone public through an issue cleared by a prospectus. Therefore, I am only asking for information that should be made available for investors to make an informed decision.
