Dear Ariella:
This is the most recent post in Globes by Shlomi Cohen with regard to VocalTec:

VocalTec (VOCLF), whose share has recently
very much deteriorated, announced an
agreement with Digital on Friday to jointly sell
communications systems for Internet telephony.
If we take into consideration the merger with
Compaq, we can see great potential for
VocalTec, particularly following the agreement
with Deutsche Telecom. The problem with
VocalTec is that investors want to see the
agreements filtering down to the bottom line on
the balance sheet, and until that occurs, the
share will experience difficulties in taking off and
posting rises merely on account of cooperation
agreements.

I think he is right, and that soomer or later we will have our day.
And this does not take into consideration today's news about VocalTec's agreement with Lucent and ITXC.

Kindest regards,

Don
