To All,

I took the lead from the Barron's article discovered by my Raymond James broker and bought 25 of the Cymer 3 1/2% convertible notes due in 2004 at $792.50 per unit. At 21.2766 shares per unit, if we have the math right, at our cost this should convert at $37.25 with fees included. At par of $1000 per unit they were scheduled to convert at $47 per share.

The yield to maturity is over 10%, and in the article Anand Iyer of Morgan Stanley indicated that Cymer's earnings could cover its interest expense seven times.

Pardon me if this material has already been covered. I had fallen way behind on keeping up with the thread.
