BTW Eli was with the company in 1978. I was just giving some history. More recent is the bankruptcy with the company. This is public record and revalent. Open your eyes Andrew. You think you know this company. 25 employee and international. How many products do they have? This company has been bleeding for years.

May be a silver lining to this cloud!!! I too wasted a phone call on Mr. Sheri on 6-10!! BUT..I kept going back to the web sites and finally got back to the "Homepage" and found a list of "Domestic Representatives". I called one, got a machine, but he called me back right away. I got ALOT of information. He was very nice. I ask him to "tell me about DYNS". He explained to me about the two different test meters, what they did, and why companies need them. He did it in a way as not to make me feel stupid. I explained to him I was holding quite a bit of the stock and where- in his opinion- did he think the company was heading. Right off he says.."It's my understanding they are about to be BOUGHT OUT". Then ask me the present price of the stock. I told him the price and that it had been dropping the last few days. He told me to let him do some checking and he would get back to me either later tonight or tomorrow. If he doesn't, I'll call him back. Soooo.. I was thinking if more of us called a rep. in our area we might actually get some info!!! Beats the heck out of what Eli is giving out. NO..I didn't ask him about the float or filings. Figured if he didn't know the price of the stock he surely couldn't answer that. AND when he said the words "bought out" I went brain-dead and didn't ask by who..grrrr! Please don't consider this hype. I am excited about it and wanted to share it with you. Just hope it is good news!!! PMS
