Len, I can't download either. Their entire website seems to be down. Was thinking about e-mailing them but haven't done so yet. If the site is not back online by tomorrow evening, I'll probably either e-mail or phone them.

Now that you have had some time to work with the program, have you managed to produce any models that predict accurately?

Good question.

I haven't been able to get through to their site either. I did e-mail the tech support on Thursday though to ask about any new updates. I received a response in about 6 hours, so I guess they are still at it.

I haven't used NS much lately. I find it takes too long to train, although I have managed to get some good signals out of it.
