Jeffry, I can understand your upset. I guess I would be to if I had written that post that threatened everyone on this thread. But in your post to which I am responding, you state, "yes but publicly submit information that you know or should know to be false which is defamatory" this is precisely the point. You have know idea under what level of proof or personal mindset existed when these statements that included you were made. So with that in mind, you would have NO CASE in civil court. If you think you do, then FILE ONE. You remind me of the guy in a bar that talks about how badly he's going to beat you up, only to find out the guy is scared to death to fight.
