Steve,

What's the difference to you if this stock goes from $.20 to $.40, or does a 1 for 10 reverse split and goes from $2.00 to $4.00? Shareholders are concerned about the number of shares outstanding and the float. Arif is concerned about his 51% ownership. A reverse split solves both parties concerns, the shares outstanding would go to 7 mil and the float to about 2.4 mil(?). Arif maintains 51% ownership, Bristol for that matter would maintain their % also.

Another benefit to a reverse split would be that it will get the company closer to meeting NASDAQ listing requirements, which will get you away from all the MM manipulation you are so afraid of.

Other than the fact that the term "reverse split" is taboo amongst BB shareholders, why do you think this is such an idiotic prediction.

P.S. No one knows yet whether or not my prediction was false.
