You sound very sarcastic! I could care less what the motive is at this point! I signed up because I'm interested in someone contacting me to discuss the service, if they don't call I will consider that very negative, after they do I will decide how to proceed. To sit back and make negative comments to someone about action they have taken is unnecessary! Can you be anything but condescending.

If I remember correctly, they do not mention the name of the service. It is still referred to as the virtual assistant service.
