Somebody sent me the email for Andrew Willis at the Globe mailto:awillis@globeandmail.ca He has had considerable courage in the past, and I've enjoyed many of his articles. I scanned yesterday's ROB for his byline and didn't see anything yet, but late Sunday night is my time for a thorough read of the ROB. Law can be stupid at times, but judges in my experience are not stupid. Can you imagine a judge finding a defendant guilty of libel for confining his remarks to truthful relating of actual ocurrences and his opinion of their cause?
