Zeev, I will have to check this out further next week but I understand a good portion of those preference shares have already been converted and sold into the market.

Also if the IELSF market remains liquid the remaining overhang should not be that significant. In fact the remaining blocks might prove attractive to new players seeking a position.

Perhaps hcm1943 or SAF might know more about this situation.
